Intimation of change.—Every seaman shall intimate to the Registrar of Ships, in Form 1 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Ships shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
