Application for registration.—Every dealer in antiquities carrying on dealing in antiquities shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form V, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every guest register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
