Application for registration.—Every genetic counselling centre carrying on the running of a genetic counselling centre shall make an application for registration to the Drugs Controller in Form 28, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
