Application for registration.—Every immediate employer carrying on the execution of work for a principal employer shall make an application for registration to the Regional Board in Form 1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every declaration form held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
