Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Board in the custody of the Executive Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Board; and where the Executive Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form D within ninety days of the succession.
