Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a solar power plant dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every tariff then held; and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
