Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a mass gathering shall intimate to the State Executive Committee, in Form D and within one day of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Executive Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
