Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the tribunal secretary shall apply to the Arbitration Council in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Arbitration Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
