Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the community radio station shall apply to the Registering Authority in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
