Intimation of change.—Every franking machine licensee shall intimate to the Inspector General of Registration, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Inspector General of Registration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
