Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of foreigners who ceases to carry on the employment of foreigners shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Citizenship Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every certificate of naturalisation held by him has been disposed of.
