Application for registration.—Every owner of a private service vehicle carrying on the use of a private service vehicle shall make an application for registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in Form 30, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
