Rule 8, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2017 [S3N-899]

Report to the Government.—The Government of Punjab shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of cable operators whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Punjab and publish it within twenty-one days of its preparation.
