Application for registration.—Every contract farming sponsor carrying on the sponsoring of contract farming shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every produce held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
