Application for registration.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking carrying on the running of a motor transport undertaking shall make an application for registration to the Registering Officer in Form V, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of wages held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
