Application for registration.—Every flying training organisation carrying on the training of pilots shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-4, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every certificate of airworthiness held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
