Surrender of certificate.—Every flying training organisation who ceases to carry on the training of pilots shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-3 of the manner in which every certificate of airworthiness held by him has been disposed of.
