Surrender of certificate.—Every bar licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Excise Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
