Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bar licensee shall apply to the District Excise Officer in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the District Excise Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
