Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a hotel shall apply to the Museum Board in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Museum Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
