Safe custody.—Every owner of a cattle pound shall keep every licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the keeping of a cattle pound is carried on, shall record in Form 6 the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Panchayats within seven days of the close of each year.
