Intimation of change.—Every officer of a company shall intimate to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, in Form PAS-3 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
