Safe custody.—Every recognised agent shall keep every court fee stamp to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the representation of parties as a recognised agent is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every court fee stamp so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Bar Council within ninety days of the close of each year.
