Application for registration.—Every recognised agent carrying on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall make an application for registration to the Bar Council in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every court fee stamp held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
