Intimation of change.—Every person converting agricultural land shall intimate to the Tahsildar, in Form 1 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tahsildar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
