Application for registration.—Every person converting agricultural land carrying on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use shall make an application for registration to the Tahsildar in Form 1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every survey number held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
