Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a place of public assembly shall apply to the State Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the State Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
