Rule 13, Haryana Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2017 [S3M-AHW]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person presenting a document for registration shall apply to the Estate Officer in Form 4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Estate Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
