Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a remotely piloted aircraft shall apply to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
