Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the operator of a remotely piloted aircraft to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form CA-7, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall record the manner and the date of service within seven days of the service.
