Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form CA-6; and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
