Application for registration.—Every co-operative bank carrying on the business of a co-operative bank shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every return held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
