Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-operative bank shall apply to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
