Application for registration.—Every dealer in weights and measures carrying on dealing in weights and measures shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
