Surrender of certificate.—Every exporter of services who ceases to carry on the export of services shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authorised Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-1 of the manner in which every importer-exporter code held by him has been disposed of.
