Application for registration.—Every exporter of services carrying on the export of services shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-4A, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
