Intimation of change.—Every exporter of services shall intimate to the Authorised Officer, in Form FC-4 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authorised Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
