Application for registration.—Every cultivator of hemp carrying on the cultivation of hemp under licence shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner in Form G, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every stock register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
