Intimation of change.—Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits shall intimate to the Development Authority, in Form E and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
