Application for registration.—Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application for registration to the Town Planning Authority in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every trade licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
