Surrender of certificate.—Every workman who ceases to carry on employment in an industry shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every attendance card held by him has been disposed of.
