Surrender of certificate.—Every shipping agent who ceases to carry on the business of a shipping agent shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Ships in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every ship recycling plan held by him has been disposed of.
