Application for registration.—Every gratuity trust carrying on the administration of a gratuity fund shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 13, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
