Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a hotel shall apply to the Museum Board in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Museum Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
