Bye-law 21, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Appeals of The operation of a captive telecommunication network) Bye-laws, 2016 [S3K-GFZ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private network shall apply to the Central Government in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Central Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
