Application for registration.—Every operator of a private network carrying on the operation of a captive telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every wireless equipment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
