Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "operator of a private network" means a person carrying on the operation of a captive telecommunication network; (c) "network" means a network received, held or disposed of by a operator of a private network in the course of the operation of a captive telecommunication network; (d) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
