Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any public call office operator dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every interconnection agreement then held; and the Government of Uttarakhand shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
