Intimation of change.—Every public call office operator shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
