Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the public call office operator shall apply to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
